Is anyone using RDA or part of the OCLC RDA test?

Is anyone having problems with RDA authority records?

A colleague has started a petition against the way the RDA test is being carried out in OCLC, proposing using parallel records,or  a lower encoding level for bib records, and definitely  not messing with the authority file
